is part of a magnificent castle in Germany. Dating back to 800 something, an early monastery was founded around 900 in the castle, which lasted to the Peasent’s war in around 1525, where it was severely demolished.

Being rebuild and rebuild and rebuild til the 1930’s, at the End of WWII the soviet army occupied the castle – the castle’s last nobleman died in a soviet concentrationcamp, which was implented in a former german concentration camp, the „Speziallager Nr. 2 Buchenwald“.

After that, the castle became a school for agriculture, after that a hospital for adolescent psychiatry.

in the late 90’s it was sold for 1 Deutsche Mark (66 US cent) – unluckily not to me… and stays unchanged since then…
